The building is situated on the crossing of Drosopoulou & Kefallinias streets in the residential area of Kypseli in Athens, Greece. It’s 1.100 m² in area divided in 4 floors (semi-basement and 3 floors) with common stair-well and elevator.
Each floor consists of two separated apartments (having the possibility of merging in the 1st and 2nd floor), while there is additional storage space (75m²) in the semi-basement and in the rooftop of the building.
The building was built within the 1930’s and it has been characterized as preservable according to the Greek Official Gazette/ No 70/26.01.2005. The architectural design of the building belongs in the Eclectic period, while its construction and structural elements are a combination of reinforced concrete with massive foundation walls in the semi-basement. The building is fully renovated for office use and it is fully equipped to accommodate people with disabilities, without losing its original characteristics, that defines its identity. All oaken floors in the building (85% of the total surface of the apartments) as well as the overlays with Pentelis marbles in the communal areas have been kept.
